Keith Serin is a Long Island, New York personal trainer with over 20 years of experience. He has earned multiple fitness-related certifications and has a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Stony Brook University. Keith offers In-Person and Virtual Personal Training Sessions, Fitness & Nutrition Coaching.

Keith offers Personal Training, Virtual Coaching & Remote Training, Nutrition Coaching, and Habit Coaching. In the 20+ years as a certified personal trainer, Keith's specializations enabled him to work with a diverse clientele including athletes and those with chronic health conditions, such as obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and arthritis.
