Keith Serin

Keith Serin is a Long Island, New York personal trainer with over 15 years of experience. He has earned multiple fitness-related certifications and has a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Stony Brook University. Keith offers In-Person and Virtual Personal Training Sessions, Fitness Coaching, and Nutritional Counseling.

Keith offers Personal Training, Online Sessions, Nutritional Counseling, and Habit Coaching. In the 15+ years as a certified personal trainer, Keith's specializations enabled him to work with a diverse clientele including athletes and those with chronic health conditions, such as obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and arthritis.
